Lamar from maintenance was great help with some issues.
Had broken ice maker that wasn't fix because of a parts issue..

Nice home, clean and generally well appointed. This is the second year renting this unit.
On the maintenance issues, they could use an upgrade to the bed (mattress & box) in the master bedroom and the screen doors need repair or replacing due to the living room screen constantly slipping off. Other than that a very nice unit. Would consider renting again.
