We offer fully appointed, immaculate Palm Springs rentals, Palm Desert vacation rentals, Rancho Mirage vacation rentals and La Quinta rental properties for rental periods from two nights to six months and beyond. Most of our vacation rentals are in gated golf developments in the newer, upscale communities of Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta (all just southeast of Palm Springs at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains).

Fairway Vacation Rentals and its direct predecessors have been providing vacation rental services in the greater Palm Springs area since l985. Its founder, owner and General Manager, Jim Pearce, has been involved throughout. Prior to 2005, Fairway Vacation Rentals did business in the names “ResortQuest,” “Sunrise Vacation Rentals” and “Cove Condo Rentals.”
