This beautifully updated 2-bedroom 2 bath single story condo at the lushly landscaped Sunrise Racquet club is just the Palm Springs getaway you've been looking for. The well stocked kitchen is right out of a design magazine with sleek countertops, cabinets and appliances. And the living area has modern yet comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV, plus a patio with no other units in view.
You'll appreciate that the primary bedroom offers a big comfortable king size bed, its own patio and a private en suite bathroom with step in shower. The second bedroom is multi-functional, with a queen size Murphy bed that can be stowed away to provide more floor space for your yoga or stretching exercises. Behind the sliding closet doors, you'll find a built-in desk and plenty of storage space. Easily accessed from here is the guest bathroom and full-size washer dryer closet.
In addition to three private patios, including an entry/dining, living room lounge and a bedroom patio, there is also a private one car garage, accessed off the entry patio.
Gated Sunrise Racquet Club feels like an exclusive country club, with features like 6 swimming pools and spas, tennis courts and pickle ball courts, and a clubhouse. There are several waterways and bridges throughout this park-like 196 unit community, which is walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurant options at the north end of Palm Springs. And all this is just a short five minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, as well as several nearby public parks and golf courses, and PSP airport.

This property has a minimum stay of 28 nights. No campers or RV's are allowed parked within the Sunrise Racquet Club community overnight.
House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 2 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM
No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.
Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.
Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
