Modern amenities, playful pops of color, and natural light fill this 4 bedroom / 3 bath home. A spacious, open concept floor plan allows enough space for entertaining, gathering, and relaxing.
The sleek, fully equipped kitchen stands ready for preparing home cooked meals. Gather at the dining table that seats six, or enjoy dining alfresco under clear desert skies. Relax after hours of sun-soaked fun in the living room with plenty of comfortable seating, fireplace, and a flatscreen TV.
When it is time to turn in for the night, guests will have sweet dreams in their choice of 4 beautiful bedrooms. All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses and flat-screen TVs. The primary bedroom has a King bed, an en suite bath, and direct access to the backyard. The two guest bedrooms have Queen beds and share easy access to the hallway bathroom. There is also a fourth casita-style bedroom on the opposite end of the house with a California King bed, a desk, a kitchenette, an en suite bath, and access to its own patio – ideal for any guests that prefer a little extra privacy.
Centrally located, close to the airport, and less than a mile and a half from downtown Palm Springs, guests will enjoy discovering all the delights this desert city has to offer. Ruth Hardy Park, Palm Springs Dog Park, two multiplex movie theaters, the casino and the convention center are all also close by.

No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.
Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.
Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
